Group Connected Form

Some instructions require appropriate permissions to complete the task.
Create Microsoft Forms, in a Microsoft 365 group to be accessed and managed by all team members of that group.
Go to Microsoft Forms and sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account.
Additionally, log in to Office.com, look for the Microsoft 365 icons on the left, and then select Forms
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see My Groups.
Select the group for the new form or quiz.
Select New Group Form and follow the steps to create a form. To create a quiz, select the drop-down arrow next to New Group Form and choose New Group Quiz.
Note: If you've created a form or quiz in your own account, you can transfer it to a group to be accessed and managed by all team members of that group.
