Get Started with Copilot

Copilot is currently a pilot program and not an official Organization-wide tool. Due to increased expense and budgetary implications, RDOs, VPs, and above, or special permission, may have a license assigned.

Things to note:

If a meeting was created before the Copilot technology was available, its features are unavailable—the meeting has to be recreated to access the features of Copilot.
Copilot features in Teams are only available for scheduled meetings
- For example, if a spontaneous call is made in Teams, the transcription is not available.

Technology is generally responsible for administering this procedure and may select others to assist with executing duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Circulating this Procedure to all Company Persons
