Outlook: Install Microsoft Outlook on Mobile Device

We are currently upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The desktop interface may appear differently than presented in this documentation. Please bear with us as we update and resolve these discrepancies. This process will not affect the online experience.

Overview

This process covers setting up Microsoft Outlook on iOS and Android mobile devices after downloading from the App Store and Google Play. Individual experiences will vary depending on the device’s operating system version.

If you have a computer that is not our standard or a mobile device, you may need to research solutions for your specific device. The advice below is provided for the standard devices issued by Thrive, currently with the Windows Operating System.


iOS Procedure

  1. Download Outlook from the app store and tap Open.

  2. Open the menu in the upper left corner.

  3. Select Add Account and enter your Thrive Partners email.

  4. Enter your email account password and tap Sign in.

  5. Outlook will ask for permission to sync Outlook with a prompt. Select Yes.


Android Procedure

  1. Download and Install Outlook for Android from the Play Store.

    • If this is your first time, tap Get Started. Otherwise, tap on the settings in the top right of the panel.

  2. Select Add Account and enter your email.

  3. Select Add an email account or Outlook.

  4. Enter your full email address and then Continue.

  5. Enter your email account password and select Sign in.

  6. Outlook will request permission to access your mobile calendars, contacts, and others.

  7. Tap Allow using Outlook on your mobile device.
