Load ThrivePlus Membership into Vetspire
The Power BI Dashboard will display only available ThrivePlus memberships. Although the membership status may show canceled, benefits are available until the next billing cycle.
To connect a ThrivePlus membership to Vetspire, navigate to the Power BI dashboard and search for the client by email, phone number or full name.
Highlight the UUID and right-click. Select Copy, then Copy value.
Navigate to Vetspire and find the Client.
Select the Patient for the membership.
Under the Info tab for the patient, scroll down to the Tags field and select the ThrivePlus tag.
Scroll to the Customized Fields and paste the UUID into the RecurlyReferenceUUID field. Then, click out of the field, and the screen will autosave.
