Data security is a priority for us. Accessing a previous employee’s data requires approval from the Legal Department. The access timeline is dependent on approvals and priorities.

Data Access Request

Access to an ex-employee may be granted to the Manager or higher if the request is submitted through IThelp, including Taleia Wilson in the Legal Department and Tony Ombrellaro in Information Security. Request access within 30 days of the term for the best response time.

Send the request with the subject line Access Request to: ithelp@pathwayvets.com, katherine.deforest@thrivepet.com and tony.ombrellaro@thrivepet.com. All three addresses must be included for a complete ticket.

Include the following details:

  • Who is the termed employee?

  • Who needs access? The requester needs to be the ex-employee manager or a higher authority level.

  • What data do you need? OneDrive, Outlook, OneNote, etc.

  • For what length of time is access needed? The default time is 30 days.

  • If necessary, a request to forward their email and to whom.

Tracking

All communication is documented through the ticket for auditor accounting.
