Verkada Pass for Support Office Access

Setup

Access the Support Office through Verkada Pass, a hands-free mobile app. Download the app on your mobile device and register following the instructions below.

  1. Download the Verkada Pass app to your mobile phone using the invite link received in your inbox. 

  2. Open the app and accept ALL PERMISSION requests from the app. Enter your Thrive email.

  3. If asked for an organization’s short name, enter thrive-pet-healthcare.

  4. Choose to send a magic link to your Thrive email address.

  5. Open the Magic Link on your phone to sign into the app.

  6. Once logged in, see a list of nearby doors available doors for Bluetooth unlock.

Open and sign in to Verkada Pass to enable Bluetooth unlock.

Troubleshooting

iOS Permissions

Bluetooth unlock requires the following:

  • Verkada Pass app must run in the background (in your app switcher, does not need to be in the foreground).

  • Set Location Services to Always.

  • Turn Bluetooth permissions on.

  • Turn Bluetooth on.

Android Permissions

Verkada Bluetooth Unlock requires the following:

  • Verkada Pass app notification should be in the notification center (this allows Verkada Pass Bluetooth to work when the app is closed).

  • Turn on Location services Only while app is in use.

  • Turn Bluetooth on.

Technology is generally responsible for administrating this procedure and may select others to assist with the execution of his or her duties.  The duties of Technology include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of this Procedure and

  • Circulating this Procedure to all Company Persons
