Concise Writing

Follow the Guidelines for Writing as best practice to keep documentation clean and understandable to the new reader (or person in training).

Screenshots

Use screenshots only to illustrate complicated pieces to reduce workload with new technology changes. As technology stabilizes, more screenshots may be used for mature processes.

Tags

Tag each page when ready for publishing. See Confluence Tag Definitions for available tags and what they do.

Updates

Updates will be published weekly and stakeholders will be informed if this cannot be completed. Currently, the Vetspire Support Team is responsible for updates and publishing.
