RingCentral Analytics and Custom Reports

By following these instructions, Practice Managers can analyze call logs, track key performance indicators, and set up automated report subscriptions to streamline their reporting process.

Log into RingCentral

  • Navigate to https://service.ringcentral.com

  • Click into the Email or Phone Number field and enter the Thrive Pet Healthcare email address and then Next.

  • Click into the Password field and enter your Ring Central password then click Sign In.

  1. Select Reports.

  1. Select Call Log.

Detailed reports

  1. Click Detailed to get additional information.

    • If call recording is enabled for your hospital, the recordings will be visible here.

Call Analytics

  1. Select Reports from the top menu.

  2. Select Analytics for a new tab.

  3. Select Business Analytics.

  4. Update the date range and apply any filters.

  5. Review the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and graphs.

Performance Reports

Select Performance Reports and choose from queues, users, or calls to access detailed call information for the hospital.

Call Metrics

  1. Select Calls and click the calendar icon.

  1. Select the timeframe to view. For this example, we'll choose Last Month.

  2. Click Done.

  3. Choose to Save or Download the report.

  4. Name the report and click Save. For this example, we will name it "Last Month Calls".

Company Numbers Report

  1. From the far left column, select Company Numbers.

  2. Click on "Calls" to access additional information about the hospital's call log.

Create Subscription

  1. Select Subscriptions from the left-hand column.

  2. Select Create New from the upper right corner.

  3. Choose the subscription type you prefer. For this example, we will select Performance Reports Subscriptions.

  4. Name the subscription.

  5. Choose the report type.

  6. Select the report that was created in the Call Metrics Section above.

  7. Choose the desired tabs to include in the report then click Done.

  8. Select Done.

  9. Choose the frequency at which your reports will be sent.

  10. Choose the date on which your reports will be sent.

  11. Enter the email address (or multiple emails separated by commas) where the reports will be sent.
