Change a Voicemail PIN in RingCentral

Practice Managers can easily navigate the RingCentral platform and update the voicemail PIN for any user within the hospital.

Log into RingCentral

  • Navigate to https://service.ringcentral.com

  • Click into the Email or Phone Number field and enter the Thrive Pet Healthcare email address and then Next.

  • Click into the Password field and enter your Ring Central password then click Sign In.

  1. Open the Users tab.

  2. Select the user whose PIN you want to update.

  3. Select User Details.

  6. Enter YOUR Ring Central password.

12. Select Next.

13. Select PIN.

14. Enter a new PIN that meets the required criteria.

15. Click Save.
