SharePoint: Create a Shortcut/Link for Documentation
Two sites you should have shortcuts for are Thrive Community Home and the Policy and Procedures collection. Consider creating a link to the OSHA Policy or the most current SDS collection so your frequently accessed documentation is at your fingertips on your Hospital SharePoint site.

Navigate to the desired website:
Copy the link from the address bar.
From the Hospital All Staff or Team site page, select +New and Link from the dropdown.
Paste the URL and change the name to describe the content better.
Click the ellipses and select Pin to Quick Access if desired.
