Personal OneDrive and Team SharePoint Sites
Permissions are set by personal or owner preference
Sharing links may be broken if owners leave the organization unless ownership is shared by multiple people (Team Sites) The best practice is to have at least two owners for Team SharePoint Sites.
Regarding Sharing Links
When a Team Member leaves Thrive, links shared from their personal OneDrive will be broken. The best practice is to place documents shared with multiple team members:
Hospital All Staff Team SharePoint site: When items must be shared within the hospital, if a group needs access to a file, create a folder with permissions inside the All Staff site and set it to allow that group access. i.e., the CSR folder in the All Staff site is set to share permissions with the SharePoint folder using a mail-enabled security group. This will enable you to grant access to the folder for all members of the security group, simplifying permission management.
