RingCentral Call Recording

Practice Managers can easily activate call recording in RingCentral for both users and call queues.

Log into RingCentral

  • Navigate to https://service.ringcentral.com

  • Click into the Email or Phone Number field and enter the Thrive Pet Healthcare email address and then Next.

  • Click into the Password field and enter your Ring Central password then click Sign In.

For Users

  1. Select Users.

  2. From the Search field search for and select the user or location to enable call recording.

  2. Select Settings & Permissions.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Check the boxes for the recording directions and Save.

Note: When enabled, Smart ACR intelligently adapts the recording announcement based on the called party's area code, aligning with state-specific consent laws.

For Call Queues

  1. Select Phone System.

  2. Select Groups.

  3. Select Call Queues.

  4. Search for and select the call queue to enable call recording.

  4. Check the Inbound box and Save.
