Update Voicemail Messages in RingCentral

This guide offers a straightforward method for updating voicemail messages in RingCentral, ensuring your greetings are professional and tailored to your needs.

Log into RingCentral

  • Navigate to https://service.ringcentral.com

  • Click into the Email or Phone Number field and enter the Thrive Pet Healthcare email address and then Next.

  • Click into the Password field and enter your Ring Central password then click Sign In.

  1. Select Users.

  2. Select the Search field and enter the name of the user or location you want to update.

  3. Scroll down and select Phone.

  4. Select Voicemail greeting.

  5. Select Custom.

  6. Select Importing.

  7. Drag and drop or upload .WAV or .MP3 file and upload a professional recorded file.

  8. Select Save.
